  • Cathy Turner

    Executive Director

    Cathy joined the Community Living Grimsby Lincoln West Lincoln team as Executive Director in late 2021 after having built her leadership portfolio through over 20 years in the healthcare realm in Hamilton.  Having overseen diverse, interdisciplinary teams, Cathy’s passion is in strategy planning and implementation, growth and development for self, teams and individual team members.  A service-oriented individual, and having lived in Grimsby for a number of years, Cathy is proud to be serving this strong community.

  • Cyndi Gryp

    Director of Services

    Cyndi began her career at Community Living July 17, 1978 – many, many years ago. She has held many different roles – Lincoln Developmental Day Centre, ARC Industries, Associate Parent Program, Family Support – to name a few. Currently as the Director of Services she oversees the many supports offered by the agency, with the assistance of many others!

    Cyndi has worked with 6 Executive Directors and has seen the many changes in direction the sector has taken – always with the best interests of the people who use the supports at the forefront.  Once an avid curler – Cyndi now enjoys from the sidelines – cheering on local and world champions!

  • Rhonda Sultana

    Senior Manager, Supported Living Services

    Rhonda joined the Community Living Leadership team in 2023, and brings 30 years of experience in this sector.  Her drive to enhance the lives of people services by our organization along with the staff on the front lines has been her primary focus. “It’s all about progress not perfection.” Making things better each and every day.   When not supporting her team she enjoys spending time with her family, having large family gatherings cooking up a storm.

  • Mark Henry

    Senior Manager, People & Culture

    Mark Henry joined our agency in late 2023, bringing over a decade of diverse Human Resources experience across social services, insurance, travel, and retail sectors. As a Certified HR Leader (CHRL), Mark combines practical expertise with academic rigor, having completed a Master's degree in Business Management.

    A lifelong learner, Mark continuously enhances their skills through ongoing education, and prioritizing insights gained directly from the employees they support. At our agency, Mark is dedicated to fostering an engaging people experience to drive forward our service delivery quality.

    Beyond HR, Mark enjoys rugby, soccer & hiking, embodying a balanced approach to work and life.
